Here is how we DON'T do it!List Item 1
We don't pour gallon upon gallon of termiticide into the soil around your house, saturating the ground and even possibly contaminating the water table, drilling into your concrete driveway and patio to inject even more gallons. We just don't do it! Besides, termiticide barriers promised to last a decade can be compromised. Digging, gardens, home improvement, or weather can all affect the termiticide barrier,. The trench and flood approach isn't infallible nor is it the gold standard of termite protection any longer. The future is green, with fewer chemicals and more environmental protection.

Precision targeting of termites.List Item 2
If there is an active infestation, we pinpoint the activity in your home and treat that infestation precisely and directly with one of our very effective targeted delivery systems. This will wipe out the active invaders while we move in for the kill of the colony!
Products we use that are smart and eco-friendly include Fuse Foam for treating voids, Taurus Dry Flowable for injecting into active nests and galleries, and BoraCare for treating wood that is exposed where termites are active. When it comes to termite defense, we fight smart and with precision.

Bait and monitor.List Item 3
We then place a ring of stations around your home. If there is no active infestation present, we simply use them to monitor for new invaders on your property. If termites are active, we replace the monitoring cellulose with Shatter Bait which, over time, the termites will take back to their colony to eventually wipe the colony out. If we just finished treating an active infestation, we will reinforce that part of the perimeter with baits to increase the effectiveness of the treatment. Once there is no evidence of activity, we go back to monitoring. The bottom line is that we use no chemicals until the enemy arrives, rather than flood the yard with termiticide. Ounces, not gallons.

This green approach is very affordable. There is an installation charge for the stations and a treatment charge if there is an active infestation. Then you simply pay a low monthly subscription charge and everything from thne on is included. That's it. It's that easy. We do regular inspections of the monitoring stations and one inspection of the property and structure per year to insure you're protected. You can cancel at any time. As long as you are a subscriber-you're covered. You can also add our optional Termite Damage Bond for just $12.95 a month more.
